On the morning of Nov. 19, Russia attacked Ukraine with 48 cruise missiles and 476 attack drones. Missiles hit an apartment building in Ternopil, in western Ukraine, killing at least 25 people, including three children. Another 93 people were wounded, 18 of them children.
