Question for trans people. An organizer is putting together a major event in Montana. It is pointed out to them that this is maybe not a safe place for their trans attendees. Their response is attached.
Do you feel like your concerns would be allayed?

The actual AMA CoE code governing this is probably Opinion 1.1.5 as well as Principle III, but I want to see if there's case law/examples before yelling at them.
Because it is _not_ illegal. The EO threatens _funding_, and that's not considered anywhere in the AMA guidance that I can find.
