Turns out I CAN push up to this 'forearm stand'...🙂🙃🙂🎉🎉.
It was one of those nights when I tasted success, washed away the self doubt and just really enjoyed doing gymnastics!
Also pushed up a bridge and did a good bridge kickback practice from lower than I have for months 🤸‍♀️💪🎉 #geriatricgymnastics

The teens also like their salad best with my sister's raspberry vinegar. Managed to pick a kilo of raspberries last Sunday (photo). They're now soaked and draining ready to add sugar and make the vinegar tomorrow.

Trying to match enthusiasm for wanting to grow our own with what our teens want to eat... They like crispy iceberg lettuce so I tried 'Reine des Glaces' and the first harvest has passed the teen test. #GrowYourOwn

After clearing space in the greenhouse got in our first tomatoes and cucumbers. Also trying some melon and watermelon... Got one melon off a plant from a colleague last year so giving them a go this year. Nothing to lose 😊

Time to catch up with some outdoor stuff after busy weeks at work. First up... Harvesting over wintered garlic and onions.

I was thinking it was a day ride but the actual saddle time was just 3 hours. I think they advise 3-4 hours... We spent our other hour having lunch 😊
