Stopped at the airport to be swabbed and also have my bags searched. Again.

“Excuse me sir, which are your bags? You’ve been selected for a random bag search.”

Of course I got profiled by security at the airport. Every. Single. Time.
What’s in your suitcase?
What have you packed?
List the items.
Are you sure you listed everything?
Are you certain there’s nothing else you missed?
Where are you going?
Why?
We’re going to take everything out and swab it.

I’ve spent the last few days working with my team of colleagues to document the buildings and stages in the Fairbanks Building and Neptune House at BBC Elstree Centre in 360° and LiDAR. Built for ATV in 1960 and 61, these two buildings are due to be demolished later this year.

I won an RTS award for editing tonight. For a film I edited, directed and produced with a production company I set up by myself. I never thought it would be possible for me to achieve something like this. I’m so grateful to Walter Murch for trusting me with his concept and story.

@robertcraig-morgan.bsky.social I found you again! ☺️
Did you know that Neptune House at BBC Elstree is being demolished soon? I was there yesterday and I’m going to make a visual record of the building, and Fairbanks, before both are gone forever.
