And it's called 'Gruncle Garfunkel hits the Funcle Buncle'

This one's up there with 'Beaucoups of Blues' as one of the legitimately solid Ringo albums. He needs a few slower tempo tracks to work as a solo artist tbh

Yes I listened to this in roughly a day lol
Good, but my least favourite of the trilogy by quite a margin. Just felt a lot baggier, and felt like more could've been done with Daniel after the note the last book left him off on

Trying to put my finger on what makes Yahtzee grab my attention more than any other reader and it's likely because 'read out your own writing in an entertaining fashion' has been his main career for 15 years and counting

Stuck this on at a small gathering to discover that almost everyone present was down bad for Celine

Hmmm...maybe I should give this one another go. It definitely integrates the Disney worlds far better than future installments, even if the platforming shows its age

Best season so far imo. The further in I get, the more I appreciate the show's irregular rhythm of having tumultous life events slam into the main cast unpredictably

Very charming animated miniseries but why is it so hard to find a version with decent subtitles online??

It continues to fascinate me that John apparently wasn't a fan of George's 'All Things Must Pass' since his mid-70's output feels so synergistic with it. The style of lead guitar & luscious, overpowering string arrangements both sound reminiscent.

*Grumble grumble*...look, I'm just fussy about romcoms. Basically just more of the first one, was fun to watch for a date night, even if it didn't impress me much.

Impressed me a lot! Aside from a couple of the voices, I would not have guessed this was an independent animation. Very intriguing sci-fi premise that doesn't rest too much on the laurels of its Disney pastiche.

Allen's *first* post-divorce album. A lot more personal-feeling and refined than her last record, though few tracks stood out to me.

So glad they did this justice! A comfy, hilarious comedy with a charming cast, elegant pastel aesthetic and sense of humour that just tickles me to no end. Curious if S2's gonna cover the next big turning point with the disaster arc

A really solid soul album, cursed to look just sort of okay by comparison because it's sandwiched between two of Wonder's masterpieces

TIL that 'Rebel Rebel' was part of a medley this whole time

It took me 15 years but it's finally over. Ngl, after being so built-up and mystified in my head for so long, the final Judai/Yugi duel was a massive letdown. It felt so throwaway!

Gotta catch up before I check out her newest album, because I'm weird like that. Apparently Lily Allen didn't connect with the music she made on this one, and...this tracks.
A few gems timbre-wise on here such as 'Our Time' and 'Take My Place' but mostly pretty forgettable
