Success now (as always) demands personalized, multi-channel outreach—1:1, relevant, and value-driven.

This often means throttling your process.

Align with your buyer’s pace.

Prove you are listening.

Suggest practical next steps, use collaborative tools, bring value, and learn their buying process.

COI ≠ ROI

COI shows urgency & addresses the risk of inaction & potential negative consequences.

ROI justifies the decision & proves the purchase will deliver measurable value that outweighs the cost of the investment.

These are very different angles of approach.

Best tip for increasing your cold email outreach: Pick up the phone.
