Some clear patterns from the tasters, further reinforcing the evidence for the winners and losers. Of course there are always people with different tastes!

Interestingly the Morrisons and Tesco St Clements had the lowest standard deviations (i.e. were the most consistent amongst the taste testers)

The winner was the Lidl St Clements buns, followed closely by the Tesco St Clements and Sainburys buns. The Aldi Nutoka and Waitrose St Clements buns were not well received!

Our findings provide further support for the potential of human genetics to guide the identification of drug targets and address a productivity-limiting step.

🧬 Some promising novel candidates for therapeutic inhibition included:
• BAFF-R and CD39 in HL
• CD25 in MM
• CD27 in CLL
• CD80/86 in DLBCL
• CCR2 in FL and MZL

163 traits showed a significant association with at least one B-cell malignancy. By adding clinical trial evidence to support drug target candidacy, 24 cell surface markers were identified as druggable targets, including established ones such as CD3, CD20 and CD38

We looked at follicular lymphoma (FL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), and multiple myeloma (MM), totalling 22,922 cases and 394,204 controls
