The DOE updated their Hydrogen Pathway to Commercial report, raising their cost estimate for electrolytic hydrogen production from $3-6/kg to $5-7/kg (exclusive of 45V credits). Still too low?

Virtual Power Plant (#VPP) is a broad term for incentive programs to reduce peak grid load. Utilities pay a $$$ during 'peak of the peak' energy demand on summer afternoons - often more than 10x the cost per kwh of base load. When utilities can't supply enough energy, you get brownouts / blackouts.

The final 45V ruling kept the hourly temporal matching requirement which will come into effect in 2030. I'm curious if any electrolyzer projects will be possible without tech advancement?
7/ Key flexibility: Hour-by-hour calculations allowed with 4 kg CO2/kg H2 cap. Can calculate by individual electrolyzer. GREET version can be locked in at construction start. Shifts back hourly phase-in to 2030 but no grandfathering.

California has a unique regulatory power over #emissions stemming from their historic, unique air quality issues. Cali used this position to incentivize zero-emission vehicles and to schedule prohibition of ICE vehicles by 2035. The fuel industry is big mad the latter and a lawsuit is in progress.

H2 FCEV fuel can have much higher energy density than BEV. When combined with rapid refueling without grid infra changes, no wonder its preferable to batteries in the majority of high utilization heavy-duty vehicle fleets.

Picks / screens on keepers during set pieces is a loophole. Spurs should be using it, rather than having it used on them
We had a goal conceded after the referee called our captain and then didn't allow him to recover his position. The second goal is already their usual block to our keeper, which was allowed by the referee.
