Have I had a near death experience? Yes. Twice. Once when I had a heat stroke at a festival and the second when I was set up on a blind date with a republican representatives son. Both equally traumatic.

Got over my ARFID as a teen (and it wasn’t so bad to begin with) but every so often it rears its head bc why in the fresh fuck am I eating one of my favorite breakfast dishes and having to repeat to myself “this is good for me and it tastes good” over and over and over again until I finish 😑
