I’ve made seven significant train journeys in recent weeks. EVERY SINGLE ONE has been cancelled or delayed for an hour or more. We’re overcharged, crammed in to sub standard rolling stock, information is chaotic & nothing arrives on time. It’s not good enough, it must change.

So let me get this straight.
