Popeye has the restraint of a medieval monk compared to True. They're a perfect combination

There would be a substory where Popeye cross dresses (canon, look it up, he's "amphibious") which would unsettle True at first, but when RANDOM_THUG_05 starts calling him a slur over it, well Everett True just won't stand for that. (Sit down powerbomb so hard the thug turns to paper)

I was REALLY Hoping you would do the bit for this one.

Popeye has just recently arrived in scenic Wherever-the-heck Everett True is currently located. The two of them of course get in a blow up fight (over a minor disagreement) to a stand still when some sort of much worse issue pops up. This writes itself really.

This is a fight the indie wargaming scene has beenfighting for a bit now. Current indie darling and weirdo skirmish game Space Weirdos just uses "sticks" no measurements just characters can move x amount of sticks. Really. It's pretty great.
