Basically it's another Telephone game but this time it involves relaying the correct song thru the interference of another melody and lyrics. Basically Jiang Yan on the left is bombing at her relay and Da Xi yikes face on the right says it all. They're both seated on low camp chairs by a lake in daytime if that matters. They're both slim Chinese women with long straight hair with a bit of a wave. Da Xi is wearing a dark green cardigan while JY is wearing an oversized thick cotton or linen shirt in light blue. Da Xi giving the face of helpless amusement you give to a friend at their successfully failing a challenge.

Just a random shot of Huang Jingyu, Shen Teng, and Hu Xianxu eyeing off-screen Wang Anyu with skepticism. Relevant for my post, the contrast is high but not too sharp so the whites and blacks pop, the colour tone is cool but with the flesh tones still warm enough, and this is accentuated by the amount of blues the guys are wearing. It's a pretty good sample if you want to show off your monitor's colour range lmao.

It honestly took me until the pyjamas episode but I'm really appreciating how much they're leaning onto the mascotry, so far in this season they're even wearing badges for this first couple of episodes. Anyway season 2 (first appearance) v season 3 (current): #hxx #natural-high
Opening credits from S2 of NH. HXX in a trenchcoat in rolled up sleeves, shaggy long hair, beige shades, like a disheveled John Constantine. The credits are in high impact fonts, spelling out the show's English title and his name in Chinese. Emphasizing the pun of his animal mascot which is an illustrated fox in realist style, the word Hu is written in handwriting font. Now he's in red in lighter shades but he's still having loosely permed shaggy hair. He's wearing a deep red cardigan. The screen elements and animations aren't as busy, but the same elements of his name, the show title, and the fox remained, tho the fox is now in a more scandi/russian cartoon style.
