UPDATE: It seems to me that scammers are targeting victims among those who operate astrological websites. Separate emails are sent to the name of a "registrar," who informs you that .cn domains with the domain name of your website are requested for registration by a "company"...

...and therefore all individuals or companies running or planning to run any business or website under the horoiproject designation are scammers unrelated to the genuine HOROI Project.
