Musk is too cheap to purchase Lidar, so in darkness or fog, Tesla's 8 cameras can't see well.

50% of people in Utrecht use bikes on a daily basis, no matter the weather. Only 18% of people use cars as transport to work. Cars must stop at intersections with traffic lights when bikes are present.

When I was in Utrecht a couple of years ago, people were planning for "10 Minute Cities."

They already have "15 Minute Cities" and believe that they need to make nearby necessities (grocery, work, doctor, coffee shop, etc.) even easier to reach, especially for the old, young, ill, disabled.
