Er is een fundamenteel verschil tussen iemand uitsluiten om iets wat die persoon *is* (homo, trans, Marokkaans, ik noem maar wat) of iemand die graag anderen uitsluit buiten het sociale contract te plaatsen wat ze zelf eerst gebroken hebben.
Dat snap je zelf ook best.

Nog 9. Gaan er nog vijf van op met kerst. Ben pas in t voorjaar begonnen bij deze club, dus de eerste maanden was ik toch al om de haverklap vrij en ik doe niet aan zomervakantie.

Thanks for the datapoint :) That's wild. I paid my last one 22 euro per hour (she started at 17.50 four years ago) and thought that was about average.
Guess I'll pay the new one what she asks for and then just give her a raise after a few months if we like her work/ she sticks it out with us.
