Could you put something in the bottoms of the holes to make them a bit shallower? The carrots would still sit in the holes albeit a bit looser and they would still have to pull them out

Now I know why neurodivergent people say they struggle in corporate environments. It’s so lonely, even in my wonderful welcoming team half filled of gamers and nerds.

I’ll have to remember to tell my therapist about it, it’s the ‘should’ mentality again, like, I don’t have to be like everyone else, but it’s really hard when everyone around you is… so different from you.
