It's weird how the insurrectionists went from being "Antifa" to "Patriots" as soon as Trump pardoned them. FoxNews lied about that for years, and of course their cult will continue to tune in for more lies.

For years, MAGA has been actively attacking DEI initiatives under the excuse that “the most qualified person should have the job”, yet now Trump is demanding personal loyalty tests for jobs that were previously non-partisan. Whatever happened to hiring the most qualified? 🤔

The LA wildfires are a great example of conservative double-talk. They ridicule places like CA for having "big government" or "high taxes", and yet the second a disaster happens - they call the government "incompetent" for not taxing/spending a fortune to "clear the underbrush."

I'm re-thinking my stance on "the lesser of two evils", and I'd appreciate any thoughts you have.
Historically, as a pragmatist, I always believed that the lesser evil was the best option. But since Kamala lost, I've seen more internal discussion about improving the Democrats than ever before. 🤔

Just to be honest — it’s oddly hypocritical to lecture MAGA about respecting democracy when we have the DNC rigging primaries to run whoever they want, rather than cultivating a large pool of viable candidates and allowing the voters to pick. At least MAGA actually got the candidate they wanted. 😬
