You have so many reasons to be.

Thanks… maybe I’ll incorporate this when building my own website. It‘s such a beautiful idea.

Stellar! I am pretty interested in how you animated your signature? Did you just somehow record yourself while drawing on your tablet?

Happy to hear that!

I think there might be a new innovation here 😁
And merged! BDD = Bluesky driven development :)

I will pick that up later today. Do I need to open an issue first?

Now I understand… Would grouping all opentelemetry packages in dependabot work? Based on the repo you linked to above, that might look something like this…
October 20, 2025 at 9:01 AM
And to your point about keeping the packages in sync being a pain: when using logfire, they are just direct and optional dependencies for logfire itself, so in some way, logfire ensures they are already compatible…
October 18, 2025 at 6:23 AM
Do they impose any significant cost to loading times or do you for some reason have a limit to the number packages? I don’t really understand the problem…
October 18, 2025 at 6:08 AM
Okay… I have never worked with Azure, but Perplexity tells me that all the deps in Azure Functions have to have an uncompressed size of at most 1GB. I would be surprised if all the opentelemetry packages would amount over 10 MB or even a MB (as they are pure python), staying pretty much negligible…

What about Pydantic Logfire?
October 17, 2025 at 8:36 AM
(with such a huge free tier that I won’t have to worry about hitting it anytime soon!) And I am already thinking about so much more things but the message is already way too long…
October 16, 2025 at 7:35 AM
Also, I was using logfire just for a few minutes and instantly catched two N+1 SQL queries (it was my first time using SQLAlchemy, so got some lessons from that). It is just great when you do a simpler thing, and get a way better experience.
October 16, 2025 at 7:35 AM
This is 100% true. It is so beautiful when your 100+ lines of config get replaced by one line of logfire.configure() and you get a whole lot more insight out of it (-: I really like the way the authentication turned out…

When I went to Cambridge, I got an absolutely stunning chicken sandwich at GAIL‘s Bakery. Looks like there are at least two great shops over there…

Great article from front to back.

But it’s also kinda funny that we both speak German natively but write in English…

Yea, I understood seconds after I sent the message. That extra bit of money is juicy…
