When a child hits another, we don’t say “well, they needed to learn a lesson.” We stop them. We say, “Use your words.” “That’s not kind.” “We don’t hit.”

So why is it different when the adult is the one doing the hitting?

We watched episode 1 of Shiny Happy People season 2 last night and hot damn do we have a lot to say about it. We never went to any Teen Mania Ministries events, but we experienced every one of their tactics because trickle down propaganda works.
