Bought one of these stickers at a Mark Thomas gig last week. He's defined "farage" as "(noun) the liquid found at the bottom of a bin or waste container.

Usage: “There’s a leak in the food waste and I’ve dripped farage over my slippers.”

Oh dear, I've discovered 'Between the Covers' on BBC iPlayer, and I want to read at least 50% of the books they review. I will have to regulate how many episodes I watch, otherwise I will have a huge 'to read' pile....

At today's reading group at the library we somehow went from discussing the book on the left to Reginald Perrin. So I remembered I had the book on the right in my 'to read' pile, and now here I am laughing out loud at David Nobbs' dry humour. This is why I like reading groups.
