feels like word docs are growing more frustrating lately. I'm working on timeline/citations for a project and I swear I'm a hair-length away from emailing my prof like "can I handwrite it and send the scan."

castle's equine massage lady came out to see him at the new barn and her jaw dropped when she saw him lmao. she kept going on and on how amazing he looks and how relaxed he is ("he looks twice as tall and feels like jello!!). I'm so proud of my boyyyyyyyyyyyyyy he's doing so well 🥹💞

my dog's followup blood test came back so much better!! cancer is no longer a concern 🥳 I'm so happy... it was his food goofing on him all along. THAT SAID, now that all his other symptoms are resolved, it's obvious that his teeth are really, really bothering him. I have to do a dental....💀$$$$$$$

my brother is deaf-blind and part of his genetic disorder includes his lack of smell, and it never fails to amaze me when the people who work with him are like “he really loves when we meditate with music and candles. lavender is his favorite” like ma’am that is abysmally funny

well, his calcium is a bit high, which can suggest cancer. HOWEVER. all of his other numbers-- wbc, rbc, kidneys, liver, thyroid, etc-- are all the perfect picture of health. my sister had the exact same thing happen to her cat a few years ago, and it turned out his food was spiking the calcium >:O

unfortunately a lot of cultural sites and museums in my area have been doing harry potter camp thing as a way to make money over the summer for the last few year, and idk why we're not just calling it magic camp or whatever. like we're all gay here. let's use our own, non-terfy whimsy please.

IT WAS SO PERFECT!!!!!! the owner is so laid back and friendly, and they even have other spanish horses on the property!! they totally understand castle! I love it so so so much AAAAAAAAAAAA 💞💞💞💞

I don't think I mentioned it here, but just to add one more stressor on top of everything else, my trainer has to close her program (long story-- not her fault or anyone else's), so we have to move Castle to a new stable. it's kind of like looking for a new apartment, with the added stress of-

the results of my dog's culture finally came back yesterday afternoon and I cannot for the life of me get a single fucking vet to call me back. all I know is that he's had an infection in his head for the last three weeks but apparently nobody has 5 minutes to explain to me what's going on.
