Political hobbyist. "Buyer's Remorse" will be the most repeated phrase in the American lexicon in 2025.
At least we can say Merry Christmas again

I wonder how many Americans saw the irony of the US president riding in a gilded carriage at Windsor Castle on the 138th anniversary of the signing of our Constitution declaring our country would never again be run by a tyrant?

And to think there was a nationally acclaimed movie with Clooney and Anna Kendrick about mass layoffs. The whole premise was based on doing it over (a Zoom equivalent) and how dehumanizing it was to avoid the human interface.

FFS Bill, he's not a child who needs positive reinforcement for the act of an apology to avoid repeating the behavior. 🤦

Or is that what you're saying?

This is the only question ever to be muttered by the new WH Maga press supplicants that was worthy of coverage. Award-winning material here.

What kills me so much is the "trust him; he knows what he's doing," or we just have to let him bc he's the president and he knows what's best" - You're all fucking educated adults whose job is far too important to just "trust" a failed, lying con artist.

I suggest people start looking at labels to understand what we are looking at here. Try your local hardware store for starters.

How do you deal with people like this? No one has a problem w students using the VERB retard, to imply slowing down or delaying progress. The school is trying to teach civility and kindness by disallowing the word as a NOUN. Because most adults realize that kids will use it as a hurtful, mean slur.

remember when they impeached Clinton for a blowjob?

Had Johnson even graduated from his Christian high school yet?

People don't realize how consequential a leader can be if he doesn't believe or follow existing constitutional norms or the rule of law until they endure real hardships, like losing their economic stability, healthcare or death. Most Germans didn't realize until it was too late.

Well if he did this to get Trump elected, he must be expecting something. There was most definitely a deal made that benefits both; we just haven't seen it all play out yet.

I read somewhere that the majority of Trump voters do not get news from MSM. Combined with what you're saying, I honestly don't know how Dems counter this, especially when the GOP has RU's influencer program and Oligarchs who control what you see on social media.

How is it that, perhaps with the exception of Rubio, all of these cabinet picks are of the same asinine personality types?
November 15, 2024 at 3:46 PM
The problem is that the Republicans' comeback was due to a combination of a massive, well-funded (by foreign and dark $$) misinformation/influencer campaign at a time when a large sector of voters are not getting their political news from MSM. Democrats don't have the oligarchs to compete.

What did Trump use as leverage (that Biden didn't have) to make Bibi say this?
November 13, 2024 at 10:44 PM
I won't repeat what Don Jr just posted somewhere about Zelenski and allowances, but the global buffoonery disguised as foreign policy that will now emanate from our WH is going to be one of the hardest pills to swallow.

It's pretty amazing to see his transformation from the nerdiest of nerds to this checklist of "how to be the cool guy."
It's been on his mental to-do list after martial arts, surfing, and weightlifting.

It will be interesting to see if there's a Kevin McCarthy loyalist whip count going against Gaetz
November 13, 2024 at 9:05 PM
Kevin McCarthy care to comment?

The only solace I get from this is that, at least now, Florida politicians can't claim a clean sweep of the federal government.
