I wasn’t expecting to do Parkrun today but Aiden’s football match got cancelled. And I certainly wasn’t expecting to set a PB as I’ve not been that fast lately, but everything fell into place with a cool breeze and a few people around me that kept trying to get past which pushed me faster!!

Really happy with that today. Subconsciously I’ve slowed down of late, probably knowing I was going to be prescribed meds for hypertension, but of course my fitness has tailed off slightly. Still my 3rd fastest parkrun 💪
