Kinda fucked up how you can’t have the baseline for personal cybersecurity without forfeiting the ability for any site to properly show you your interest.

The prep for po boys from scratch is insane
(pre prep)
- cold veg (sourcing)
- blooming the yeast and letting the dough for the baguettes rise 3 times (takes around 36 hours)
- Remoulade sauce (needs to set for 24 hours)
We still have to cut everything, bake the bread and ofc fry the catfish
(pre prep)

Had a chef who only used his personal knives during service. I was against it at first until I saw the emotional breakdown he had using one of the perfectly fine kitchen knives.

Why hasn’t any company successfully made a tiktok alternative yet?
It seems American companies can copy every other app except this one, because IG reels and YouTube shorts don’t even come close to the level of personality your fyp has.

To me, if someone mispronounces certain words that just tells me they are an avid reader and felt confident enough to use a new word they saw in our conversation.
