It's been about three decades since I first watched ZARDOZ for the one and only time. I have now upgraded my opinion from "utter disaster" to "fascinating folly". Give me one two more rewatches and I may declare this a masterpiece.

I've always thought that WEEDS ripped its premise from BREAKING BAD but today noticed that it premiered three years prior to that show so that it was in fact the other way round.

I am months behind with updating my photography website but am slowly catching up again.

This is not the kind of film you'd expect from a German movie of the time. It's more reminiscent of something Italians like Fernando Di Leo would direct (or two years later Mario Bava with RABID DOGS).
