3 big consumer biz models:
- physical (eCommerce, iPhones, Uber, Airbnb...)
- entertainment (Netflix, Spotify, games...)
- attention (free + ads)

SaaS is for business. Businesses pay for (tons of) software, consumers don't.

There are exceptions, but not too many?

yes! It’s a big reason I love tailwind. Instead of obfuscated css or site specific class names, everyone just uses the same utility classes so it’s easy to inspect sites I like and learn from them.

Agree with your point.

But what do you make of CO? Lowest obesity rate in the country, and much of our development looks more like the right than left, sadly.

Most of our culture is around outdoor activities, so maybe just an outlier?
