Make Bluesky weird again.
Dan Brown isn't shit because he's a bestselling author. He's shit because he cannot write well at all.

Garibaldi would have been the most enthusiastic. And also the most off key.

Statistically, this must mean we now get to strangle two horses, right?

You can find it on the shelf at the back, next to Tequila Mockingbird.

I don't expect to ever see one myself, but if I do, I will 100% grass them up without feeling any guilt whatsoever.

That can't possibly be road legal.

I've often wondered how 456 would hit differently if watched after 123, especially Vader. Though I can't possibly find out myself.

A straight choice between 456123789 and 123456789? The former seems obvious to me because I lived through them all coming out. But given time and distance, is the latter more natural for those removed by a generation or more?

I feel as if everyone who wants to argue about how T&S is actually easy and that companies are (deliberately) doing it wrong should be made to play Trust and Safety Tycoon.

Oh no. This means that I must be Books Georg.

Get to the front of the queue. Look up at board to confirm thing I want is there, and that I'm about to apply correct script.

It's an electronic board and is now showing an advert for a seasonal item across all four displays. No menu in sight. 😭

I do like how, in the bit of Prescott's memo where he criticises the BBC for editing together different parts of Trump's speech, his own quote of "what Trump actually said" is... edited together from different parts of his speech.

Every single post-funeral gathering I've been to has been referred to as a wake. So while the original sense of the word may have a more specific meaning, actual usage seems to have changed.

I'm terrible when I try to be as disciplined as that. I keep forgetting to cancel and then I have to keep the sub that be long so I can watch enough more to justify paying for it (I've a Mubi sub where I'm trying to get ahead enough to cancel, and failing. 😬)

That is the only show I'm potentially interested in watching because of Tony Gilroy, but I don't know if I'll ever actually manage to see it as I've no interest in springing for a Disney+ subscription.

Also managed to kill my interest in watching any of the further films or TV shows in the universe. Why invest when anything good and interesting could be shut down or neutered at any time.

Then Disney totally whiffed the third movie by panicking and getting pastiche guy back in again. All the excitng shoots were stamped out and Abrams doubled down on the familiar fanservice. Made me feel so sad for Johnson, was like he'd completely wasted his time and effort.
