Great to see this data. Something to show 1st year students learning physiology and hopefully have a discussion about one measure isn't always the full picture.

There was a similar trend in the opening weekend of the Women's Super League. High rate of ACL injuries this year compared to previous overall. A concerning thing to see in women's sport.

This is done in Germany, especially for teachers/civil servants to prevent or cure burnout (Kur). With a doctor's note and at least partly paid by insurance, it's a prehab centre, doing what you describe with therapy too. They tend to go for 4 weeks.
