Used the @kingarthurbaking.bsky.social brioche recipe. Didn't use the dried milk and added an extra two tablespoons of butter. Pretty happy with how this turned out!

With everything that's going on, it feels silly to add more to the pile, but for the handful of people following me at hodrosbooks.com, I had to say goodbye to my boy Ralph this past weekend, and the two braincells I have left aren't communicating well

I got a Dutch oven for Christmas. I've never gotten the crackling noises from bread at home before. Very exciting.
