#alfthedog has a bear he is very attached to to an extent I’ve never seen a dog so attached to a toy. He shows everyone that comes his bear and when he’s excited he gets it to show you. He dropped it in the bin off the coffee table the other night and panicked and instead of helping him I filmed it.

Being a 48 year old doing #bjj it just never ends. Trapped nerve in my neck, then lower back seized then pinged my hamstring last night. I’m like a bloody broken tractor. If I stopped going it would still hurt so may as well go as it’s awesome lol
