I had my afib ablation yesterday. There was a very good chance I would have bleed out in the recover room if it wasn't for a fast-acting nurse who spotted it and used every pound in her body for over 20 minutes to stop the bleed. Thank and hug a nurse today. They are life savers.

Matt LaFleur's Packers have reached their ceiling and will never be any better than 9-11 wins per season. But that's not the whole story. They are wildly inconsistent, play up/down to their competition, and lack any sort of identity week-to-week. He routinely gets out-coached. Time to move on...

I'm stepping off the Like Fickell hype train. I was wrong when I really wanted him as coach. I thought he'd be great. Maybe he would be in an era that wasn't driven by NIL and billionaire donors.

I had surgery yesterday. It went well. I'm grateful for my medical team and all the people in my life who have stepped up to help take care of me. I'm a lucky person to have people in my life who care about me.
