I'm pleased with my boule so far. I used my go to recipe: 1 cup whole wheat flour, 3 cups AP flour, 1 cup active starter, 1ish cup of water, 1 tsp sea salt. I've been using this recipe for a good 8-9 years now.

My dog is already extremely cuddly, and after his grooming this week, he has been like super glue. He had his trial day at the boarding facility, a dog sitter visit, and a bone from the St. Lawrence Market. Only the best for my pupper friend.
