Tea: our national coping strategy.
We had a brilliant time at Gunby Hall @midsandeastnt.bsky.social for the launch of Bethany Walker's new book, Medusa Gorgon's Bad Hair Day. We made masks, hunted snakes around the Hall and learnt loads about Greek Gods. Beth is a brilliant host. Can't wait to read the book now.

Thornton agreed to marry a parliamentarian to secure her family’s financial future. She gave birth to nine babies, later describing both the dangers of childbirth and the deaths of six of her infant children. Her husband left her heavily in debt when he died.

We had a wonderful diversity festival today celebrating the various diversities in our school community. There was a fantastic atmosphere in the hall all afternoon. Thank you to everyone who supported it.
