Channeling a mid-life crisis into an MSc in Politics & Communication. Also a fan of rugby, cooking, books and children (my own specifically).
An update: one of the other players got fired from her job.

Son, as mayor, offered her some jobs to help keep the game running (mostly delivering post).

He then promptly raised taxes to cover her wages.

It also appears to have been written by someone who has never had to juggle a full time job with having children which occasionally necessitates having to deal with calls and emails during family time.

Laughing because someone doesn't know which cheese to pair with port feels quite on-brand Tory

I do not buy things without pockets now. Even my wedding dress had pockets. Boden quite good for be-pocketed things. And also Joanie and Albaray.

I have quite a similar looking navy one from Boden from a few years ago. Cotton and with pockets and it is everything I have ever wanted from a skirt.

My 6 year old genuinely has a piece of a paper on which she has written an enemies list. It currently reads : Putin, Boris Johnson, Cousin Emma. Unclear what cousin Emma did to get into this category.

Nowadays it's seems ridiculously easy to earn a badge. You just send in a drawing, which can be of little to no merit. Just send it in. I am refusing to let my children do this in a spiteful and pointless protest against the devaluing of the badge.

They closed the entirety of Hampton Court Palace yesterday morning for them too, which felt unnecessary

Also, as someone who often has had to begin conversations with "I will start crying, but don't worry, I'm a cryer" can we stop being shocked by displays of emotions?

I'm all for affirmative action for twins. My twin ended up marrying a triplet, which just feels like one-upmanship.

I didn't know you were also a twin!

Does the two child limit still apply when twins/multiples are part of the family? I'm the third child and the younger twin. I know full well my parents didn't intend to have three children.
