I suspect that it’s the hand sliding the door open that is faked because it appears the little dog’s right front paw, which we can’t see, is resting on the actual glass door that remains between them rather than hovering on midair.

Although I heartily concur in the premise of your post, I suspect your numbers are incorrect. 7.8 million people losing Medicaid would be nearly 85% of New Jersey’s 9.2 million residents. Perhaps you meant 780K, a more believable 8+% of the state’s population.
