Nice work! Does FCI correlate with any other complexity measurement based on the I/O itself. This reverse is also interesting, which indicates (like you mentioned) the size is the not sole factor of I/O complexity. I did not know that reverse before. Is there any reference for that

Great read. I think one solution would be for non-profit organization hosting papers, like Pubmed, to run a LLM model to flag potential vulnerability of each paper; like docker hub does for docker image.
