And then contrast to this effing abomination. I used a traditional sourdough recipe from Joy of Cooking, following recipe to the letter and I get this Roman Frankenstein Frisbee. Also from Sunday. Second time this recipe has failed me.

This is my FAFO bread. A quick-rise recipe with both sour dough and yeast. In both cases I added extra sugar, cinnamon, and raisins. But I'm not entirely sure what ratios. I think the dif in appearance is when I added ingr- Sundays was an afterthought after it had mixed, last night was intentional.

Such a good show and such a good venue! We were able to get really close to the stage, and Kulash even came out in the crowd for one song. Lots of joy.

My kids school are the Wildcats but based on this AI pic they are now the Fat Tabbies. The kids nicknamed the mascot Waffles after an outdoor orange kitty in our neighborhood 🤣
