Let’s try this again! 8 months ago I suffered a SCAD heart attack (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection), probably precipitated by a bike ride up the quite steep hill home on my new bike. The ride is much easier on my new Vado 4.0 SL e-assist bike. And safer for my heart! #hearthealth
