I'm not so comfortable with the ideological fragmentation that happens online. But I also don't think that the Twitter/Bluesky division is a good example considering that Twitter is a Musk run enterprise and can algorithmically neuter the discourse you're ostensibly trying to foster.

I think there's a discussion to be had about the further fragmentation of ideological discourse. But I don't think the Twitter/Bluesky split is not example.

I also really love On Certainty as well, it really is a great example of how deeply embedded this epistemological perspective is!

For me it was the epistemological shifts. It allowed me to stop looking at concepts as discreet entities and more as systems of understanding. And once you start looking at the world this way the traditional problems of philosophy become less intractable.
