If the "red" ring is actually neon pink, and Zelda's dress is neon pink: then I guess that means we have to start drawing Link's "red" tunic as neon pink! It's basically law now.

You might recognize this art from the #Zelda 1 guide, Tips & Tactics, but a few years back the original artist, Sho Kobayashi / こばやし将, posted photos of the originals on twitter @show_kob & I love them because it shows the original art included neon pink: which doesn't usually scan or print well

It's rare to get a full set of dungeon map art for all 9 levels in the original Legend of #Zelda so this little guide is a gem for that reason. I just cleaned & added them here: www.flickr.com/photos/histo...

This has been a multi-day project, and the Metroid and Murasame pieces still need to be stitched together and cleaned, but once those are done I'll upload everything to Archive.org at 2400dpi

Super cool to know! I hadn't even looked to see if that was art that was out there.
And yeah, I already have it scanned at 2400dpi I was just laughing at how garbage photoshop's tools can be. I'm going to stitch it together manually but it takes a few hours.

3rd attempt posting this and it finally works. I tried at 2400 and then 1200dpi and it just showed a black square. So this is just 600dpi. Sorry about that.

I've been stitching together the 2400dpi scans I made from the 1987 #Nintendo wall calendar. It's slow going BUT I did get the art for Super #Mario 2 repaired & cleaned!

Our current, adorable, longhaired chihuahua is 100% purebred, we think we even found her original breeder. She came from a hording situation the shelter had to intake for. She's great, amazing personality, she was just really overweight is all. (23 lbs. She's down to 9 but is probably a 7lbs dog)

My heart feels like its being ripped out. He's still this puppy to me. Today I made the calls to have a grave dug here & for his vet to come to our house on the 18th
As painful as this is I know I saved his life & the lives of his siblings: please adopt and don't shop. So many dogs need a chance

Hnngghhh here's a large scan of Ganon's face. I'll try to get this whole thing scanned and uploaded to Internet Archive before my eye procedure on Friday.

I also finally managed to find a copy of this magazine which I had only heard has a "Zelda Novel" in it. It appears to be a short story (4 page) which is cool and very rare.
Volume 1 pops up on auctions all the time, been years and I had never seen vol 2 listed until now.

I had just finished cleaning it for the gallery. Yes I can scan the book art at 2400dpi but it wont have the details this large format, semi gloss, calendar has. Pretty much only the cel would be better.
