People who with their grand strategy still haven't been able to socialize a healthcare system in the past century:
Those anarchists who actually socialized healthcare in 1930s Spain were too utopian, too critical of everything.

one thing that the class reductionist no war but class war anarchists and the campist nato army anarchists have in common is that they're equally chauvinist toward the east (and toward indigenous peoples)

Didn't stay in Ukraine & fight to the death when faced w/ pogroms & state repression, fled to Argentina. After 21 years in prison, went to Spain & didn't fight to the death there either, then France & didn't fight to the death there either. Still braver than any "anarchist" in Ukraine's army today.

From 1759-1763, Bostonians were celebrating British victories in the inter-colonial French & Indian War. But they didn't want to have to pay taxes to fund the military forces that were stealing land for them & protecting them from Native resistance. Same theme would recur with the Whiskey Rebellion.

The main problem isn't that Western states are attacking countries in the Middle East and killing civilians (or that states like Canada and Ukraine made statements supporting those attacks), it's that sub-state leftists have bad ideas.
The moment Israel began bombing Iran, US left-wing organizations “wheeled out one regime apologist after another.” In “The Anti-Imperialist Imperialism Club,” Arya Zahedi argues that this “form of anti-imperialism is an incredible obstacle to building a renewed internationalism.”
