Fascinated to hear we’re putting 5G on the moon - but somewhat irked that mankind can do this when I can’t get a decent phone signal in my lounge and conversations with a Welsh colleague are akin to a seance.

Today’s ‘glimmer’ - just over 2 years ago I started to strength train. On this day last year my dead lift was at 60kg, today it’s 80kg. Lifting at least twice a week consistently - small shins lead to big results.
