Glad you liked it! I absolutely adored the Pirates chapter. Operations is probably my favorite squad, and getting to see what happened when their Dedicated Tsukkomi stopped tsukkomi-ing was a hoot.

I merged the sentences for flow (something you have to do a lot in LNs), then leaned into the pseudo-repetition in the back half because it played well with the tone of the scene.

the storylocked routes are the true endings insofar as they conclude the story the best, but the game works pretty hard to frame 001 as the "important" one (it's the only route with a unique ED or an ending cutscene, and it has the only (rot13) havdhr pbzong rapbhagre in the back half)
