I have been amused for twenty+ years now by these "services" limiting words to 140 or what have you, while permitting a megabyte of image and a gig of video. Texts (used to) cost $1 and you had unlimited "talk". I wonder if anyone ever calculated the pennies per bit of various media.

Not only can I post this picture, but also I can post 300 more additional characters of text. And then when you add in the ALT text, that's a whole lot more. The best part is knowing that no one will ever see any of this. It will all disappear into the deep, black maw of total internet obscurity.
