When I see the moon in the sky during the day, I like to remind myself that I am moving 67,000mph through space. Feel yourself here on earth and in space.

Stillness can allow those quiet messages to be heard

I am a human being. You are a human being. I am struggling. You are struggling. We don't need to be cruel to each other. Kindness can be a solution.

Become aware of your own cruelty then choose wise compassion. We as human beings need to be less cruel on a radical basis

Don't forget you are having a human experience. You are not just a piece of data, you are so very much more.
