The idea that queer fans “want her to be gay” or are “don’t want her to be happy” is so ridiculous because it not only reinforces harmful stereotypes about queer people (especially lesbians) but it also assumes that we invented it. Gaylor exists BECAUSE of Taylors actions, not the other way around.
