You’re right— the UI leaves A LOT to be desired. For me, it was my first real experience with an e-ink display, and I fell in love with the contrast, paper-like experience. The refresh limitations of it are… dare I say refreshing 🤣. It’s a nice change of pace compared to most other tech.

Ever since getting a reMarkable tablet, I’ve fallen in love with e-ink screens. I can totally see the appeal of a “slow phone.”

When I drank, I dreaded the idea of sobriety. “Life must be so boring without the thing that makes me feel so good,” I thought.
Turns out, I’d made my whole life revolve around that one thing… that, was the boring part.
