Running outside will ALWAYS be better than running on a treadmill. Also: when you add copperheads, bears, and ticks, it just turns the simple act of cardio to a legit battle.

Gym/fitness folk. Is there REALLY that big of a difference between skin and skinless chicken thighs? Is the skill 'bad'? All meal prep plans say skinless...but ugh, so boring.

I took a preworkout and had a coffee and mixed it with my creatine and this could be it for little Bobby. I will be posting a PDF file on how to take care of my gecko because I fear I am going to leave this world.
