I’m so tired of living in an age where everything is dictated by amateurs who are proud to have never cracked open a book (or opened a Google browser) in their lives.

Cory Bowman may be JD Vance’s brother, but he doesn’t seem to understand the basic geographical boundaries of my city. A note for non-locals - Winton Hills is NOT “downtown Cincinnati” and anybody who is remotely politically engaged on a local level here knows that.

Should note that it definitely happens more with legislators who propel upward in the ranks very quickly without sufficient government or political experience in their background. We see it with our Vice President and his half-brother, who is running for mayor of my city.

Not saying this doesn’t happen at all levels, but it seems to ALWAYS happen at the Congressional level. Critical thinking at the Capitol was lost as soon as gerrymandering and the 24 hour cable news cycle took over democracy.
