-developer is Lend Lease
-Barangaroo was all public land
-contract between NSW Govt & Lend Lease still secret…even though it’s our land
-only 2.3% of housing there ‘affordable’, but wrongly tied to market rent & not capped at 30% of income

Money would be much better spent reactivating railway corridor with light rail, ++ so many other overdue urban improvements

We take things such as cross ventilation, kitchen & bathroom windows as-of-right in houses, but so many developers happy to internalise them all in dismal designs.
